Terms of use

OmniLearn is an online learning platform focused on technical skills. These terms govern your use of omnilearn.org.

OmniLearn is meant for adults. You must be at least 18 to create an account, buy a course or make a donation. If we learn that an account was opened by a minor, we close it and delete the data linked to it.

The first two lessons of every course are free, with no sign-up. On a free course, the remaining lessons, the quizzes, progress tracking and badges only ask for a free account. On a paid course, the rest opens once you buy it, under the terms set out just below.

Part of the catalogue is paid. The price appears on the course card and on the course page, in euros, taxes included. Nothing is charged until you confirm the payment on Stripe's secure page.

• Payment goes through Stripe. Your card number never reaches our servers and we do not store it.
• A purchase opens full access to that course, for your account only, with no time limit for as long as the course stays published.
• If a course you bought leaves the catalogue, you keep access to it for at least twelve months from the day it is removed.
• Your receipt arrives by email right after the payment.
• Access is personal: it cannot be lent, shared or resold.

A course is digital content delivered immediately. European law gives you fourteen days to withdraw, and provides that this right ends once delivery begins with your express consent. By confirming the payment you ask for immediate access to the course and accept losing that right once the first paid lesson is opened.

As long as no paid lesson has been opened, we refund the purchase on request within fourteen days, at info@omnilearn.org, with no reason needed. After that we still refund whenever the situation calls for it: a course that does not match its description, a technical fault that stops you from following it, a double charge.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Allow five to ten working days for it to show up, a delay that depends on your bank rather than on us.

Some courses come from independent instructors. They write the content, keep ownership of it and answer for its accuracy. OmniLearn hosts the course, collects the payment and pays the instructor their agreed share.

Every course is reviewed before it goes live. We can take down a course that breaks the law, these terms or the instructor terms, and refund the buyers concerned.

• You provide a valid email and choose a password, or sign in with Google.
• An account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter a contract; minors use the platform under a parent or guardian's responsibility.

• Don't share, resell or redistribute course content beyond your personal use.
• Don't try to bypass access limits or disrupt the service.
• Stay civil in community spaces (reviews, comments): no hate speech, spam or illegal content.

Supporting OmniLearn financially is optional, and donations are handled by Stripe. A donation buys no commercial benefit and, by its nature, isn't refundable once paid, save for a clear error you flag promptly at info@omnilearn.org.

Course content remains the property of OmniLearnConsultingCommerce LLC or of the instructor who published it. Your account, or your purchase, gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access it.

We put care into our courses, but learning depends on your own work. We don't promise a job, an exam pass, or any specific career outcome. Content is provided “as is”.

You can close your account at any time from your settings or by writing to info@omnilearn.org; your personal data is then deleted. We may suspend an account for a serious breach of these terms.

These terms may be adjusted. If something material changes we'll let you know; continued use counts as acceptance.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming (United States), without prejudice to the mandatory protections EU consumers enjoy.
