Terms of sale

Courses are sold by OmniLearnConsultingCommerce LLC, a Wyoming company (United States), 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, Suite 3259, New York, NY 10013. Contact: info@omnilearn.org.

Each course price is set in US dollars (USD) and shown on the course page and the pricing page. On the payment page Stripe may convert it to your local currency at the day's rate; the total, including any taxes, is shown there before you confirm.

A purchase is a single payment. There is no subscription and no renewal.

You need an OmniLearn account and must be at least 18. The buy button opens Stripe's secure payment page. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and your card number never goes through our servers.

The order is final once Stripe confirms the payment. A receipt is emailed to you.

The content is digital and access opens right after payment is confirmed, for your account only. Access has no time limit while the course stays published; if it leaves the catalogue you keep it for at least twelve months from the removal.

By paying you ask for immediate access. A refund is due on request within fourteen days of purchase as long as no paid lesson has been opened; once the first paid lesson is opened, the right of withdrawal is lost. The details are in the refund policy, which is part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming (United States), without prejudice to the mandatory protections EU consumers enjoy.
